1. Assessment - Discovery
This may be a phone conference, a web meeting or we travel to your offices to meet with your team.  We meet with all the players, ad agencies, IT staff and any other mission critical personnel.

2. Scope Of Work
A working document that outlines in detail all the particular phases and tasks associated with the project.  From there all parties can access and view progress as well as generate change orders and other tasks.

3. Deployment
This is where it gets fun.  Our project managers track every detail and work with all operations/facility staff or vendors to make sure our client has a smooth roll-out.

4. Monitoring and Management
After the operational hand-off, we can provide complete system management or any portion you require.  We can monitor and maintain all screens, schedule content updates and even produce creative content.
