Accounting Generalist
THE OPPORTUNITY:
ConnectedSign is a full service Digital Signage agency. We provide Digital Signage Systems, Interactive displays and Kiosk Networks for corporate communications, education, healthcare, hospitality, government and retail.
Position
We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Accounting Generalist. This person would be responsible for general accounting duties such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliations, vendor/supplier set up, processing time-sheets for the payroll service, order processing/fulfillment, processing/tracking software license agreements, keeping company information up to date with federal, state, local and other agencies and general office projects.
Requirements
• Must be experienced with 2007/2008 QuickBooks.
• Experienced in processing accounts receivable, accounts payable and account reconciliations.
 Payroll experience a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent telephone, organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Ethical demeanor and a team player attitude a must.
• All staff assists with customer service and phone coverage.
Part-time 20 to 30 hours per week
